Six years in the making, this quilt was completely done by hand in the English Paper Piecing technique. It consists of 6000 hexagons with ¾” sides and was started one year before watercolour quilts became widely popular. Five wreaths in the center carry embroidered initials of my husband, my children and my parents, who all laid out the flowers for that specific wreath.
